General Topics
When booking an appointment at Fleur Nails&Lashes, you are agreeing to all of our salon policies. The appointment duration shown is estimated. Depending on the skill of your technician, the actual service duration may vary. To ensure our technicians in receiving fair living wages, we have a strict a-day prior cancellation policy. We kindly ask you to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. We thank you in advance for your understanding and support.

Confirmation
We are making confirmation phone calls on the day of the appointments.
After attempting two times of confirmation calls, appointments will be canceled if we receive no replies.

Deposit
We take deposits during busy hours.
(Especially before 12PM & after 6 PM appointments.)
No refunds will be issued to:

Late more than 10 mins
No-shows
Canceled or rescheduled on the same day of the appointment
Violation of our Zero Tolerance Policy
We have to take another deposit to the customers who violate one of the rules.

Late Arrival
Our grace period is 10 minutes. If arriving 10 minutes after your appointment time, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded. A new deposit will be asked for rescheduling.

Children Policy
We understand sometimes it is not easy to find a babysitter when all you wanted was a pampering time by yourself or with loved ones. However, due to Health and Safety concerns, children under the age of 12, without receiving a service, must be supervised by another adult. Many professionally-used products could be dangerous to children. Thus, we do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Refusal of Service / Zero Tolerance Policy
At Fleur Nails&Lashes, we have zero tolerance for any guest who exercises sexual comments/remarks, discrimination (based on race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability), harassment, or inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service.
